SERVICE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

IMPORTANT: Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing. By purchasing a course or membership with ExpressCEU, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Service Description
ExpressCEU provides online continuing education courses and examinations designed for nursing home administrators and related professionals. Our courses are approved by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB). Access to courses is provided through our secure online platform accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

2. Access and Course Duration
Individual Course Access: You receive access to purchased courses for as long as the course remains registered with NAB. This allows you to complete the program at your own pace. You may return to the material for refresher purposes even after earning your continuing education units (CEUs).
Unlimited CEU Membership: Access to all courses in our library is provided for one year from your purchase date. The membership includes all courses and new courses released during your membership period.

3. Account Requirements and Restrictions
Each account is for individual use only. Accounts are not intended for sharing with colleagues, family members, or any other parties. Each learner must create their own account to ensure that course completions, exam scores, and certificates are correctly tied to the right person. Sharing your account violates these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

If your organization wishes to enroll multiple staff members, contact us about facility or group pricing options.

4. Exams and Certificates
You may retake exams as needed. A passing score is required to earn CEU credits and receive your certificate of completion. Upon successful completion of all course requirements, you will receive a certificate that includes the NAB Approval Code and the number of CEUs earned. This certificate is available for immediate download and submission to your state board.

All completed courses and downloaded certificates are stored in your account dashboard.

5. State Approval and License Recognition
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: ExpressCEU courses are approved by the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB). While most states that license nursing home administrators recognize NAB-approved continuing education, state requirements and recognition vary. Each state may have specific continuing education requirements, caps on online hours, and category restrictions.

YOU are responsible for confirming directly with your state licensing board that ExpressCEU courses meet your specific renewal requirements. ExpressCEU is not responsible if courses do not satisfy your state's requirements. We recommend checking your state board's renewal guidelines before completing your hours to confirm any limitations or requirements that may apply to your situation.

6. Processing and Reporting of Completion
Once you complete all course requirements, your completion is processed within 24 hours. Your certificate is available immediately upon completion for download and submission. If your state's NAB CE Registry participates in automatic reporting, credits are typically reported within a few business days. If your state requires manual submission, you are responsible for submitting your certificate to your state board according to your state's procedures.

If you have an upcoming renewal deadline, we recommend completing your course a few days in advance to allow time for processing.

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only when a CEU certificate has not yet been issued for the course. Once a certificate is generated and credit is granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This means once you pass the exam and receive your certificate, no refund will be issued.

8. Payment and Billing
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted checkout. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Your personal and financial data are protected in accordance with industry-standard security protocols.

9. Unlimited Membership Cancellation
The Unlimited CEU membership is an annual subscription with no long-term commitment. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all courses through the end of your billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability
ExpressCEU provides this platform and these courses on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the fitness of our courses for your particular renewal requirements. ExpressCEU is not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or courses.

ExpressCEU will not be held liable for technical issues, platform downtime, lost certificates, denial of credit by state boards, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your use of our platform is at your own risk.

11. Platform and Technical Issues
ExpressCEU courses are delivered through our secure online platform. You are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and ensuring you have a compatible device to access the platform. Mobile access is available on devices with internet connections. While we work to minimize downtime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

13. General Terms
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ExpressCEU regarding the services provided. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to users. Your continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

You accept all terms and conditions outlined above
You are responsible for verifying that these courses meet your state's continuing education requirements
You understand that purchases are non-refundable once a certificate has been issued
Your account is for your individual use only

ExpressCEU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
