Research shows that

in thriving organizational cultures when compared to struggling organizational cultures.
Upon approval, Project Ruth will be implemented for a duration of 24 consecutive months. The time commitment for leaders is approximately ten minutes a day.

Phase 1: Initial Survey Planning & Administration
We will conduct a confidential organizational Culture Assessment for residents and staff. You will receive a customized analysis and recommendations in a one-hour review session with a certified Culture Consultant.

Phase 2: Strategies & Education
Your home will receive ten annual subscriptions to Drive’s Fully Staffed membership program.
Fully Staffed is an online, self-paced training program with research-based strategies proven to improve recruitment and retention. NAB and SHRM CEs are provided.

Phase 3: Follow-Up Survey Administration & Findings
We will conduct a follow-up confidential organizational Culture Assessment and you will receive a customized analysis and recommendations in a one-hour review session with a certified Culture Consultant.
