Confidentiality: With respect to information supplied in connection with this Agreement and designated by the disclosing party as confidential, Drive Culture Outcomes, LLC agrees to: (i) protect the confidential information in a reasonable and appropriate manner or in accordance with applicable professional standards; (ii) use confidential information only to perform its obligations under this Agreement; (iii) reproduce confidential information only as required to perform its obligations under this Agreement; and (iv) return or destroy all information provided to Drive upon the termination of the Agreement. This section shall not apply to information that is (i) publicly known; (ii) already known by Drive or (iii) disclosed pursuant to legal requirement or order.

Cancellation: Missed Appointments: A minimum notice of 48 hours is requested for cancellation to avoid 100% cancellation fee. All missed sessions that have been canceled at least 48 hours in advance, or missed due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, may be made up in the same month. Note: Coaching appointments to be confirmed based on mutually agreeable dates.
