About Denise Boudreau, LNHA, MHA

Denise Boudreau is the President of Drive, a company dedicated to helping healthcare and senior living organizations elevate resident and team member experiences—and strengthen their bottom line—by fostering a thriving organizational culture.

 A former Assisted Living and Nursing Home Administrator for 17 years, Denise is also a committed volunteer. She founded the New Jersey Alliance for Culture Change, serves as Secretary of the National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB), and previously contributed to NAB's RCAL and NHA Exam Writing Committees. Denise is a member of the NJ Nursing Home Administrator’s Licensing Board and serves on the board of Parker Life, a non-profit aging services provider in NJ. 

Denise earned her Bachelor’s in Gerontology from the University of Scranton and a Master’s in Health Administration from Cornell University, where she also served as an Executive in Residence.
