A 6-week live, small-group leadership experience for Administrators and Executive Directors in their first three years. 

In six weeks, you will lead with greater confidence, make decisions with less second-guessing, and handle daily leadership situations more effectively.

This lab is designed for Administrators and Executive Directors who want a practical place to work through real challenges with structure, discretion, and experienced guidance.

• Are in their first three years in the ED or LNHA role

• Want a confidential space to think clearly and talk honestly

• Are willing to participate and use what they learn

• Length: 6 weeks

• Session length: Up to 90 minutes

Credit is applied at the end of the lab. To earn the credit, participants must:

• Attend at least 5 of 6 live sessions, fully present (not driving, multitasking, etc.)

• Post mindset reflections in our private community at least 5 times per week

• Post one weekly homework reflection in the private group

• Attend your private orientation session

• Attend your private feedback session between weeks 4-6

• Complete at least one of the following so we can all help to improve our field:

  • Share your experience with the Leadership Lab on LinkedIn and tag Denise

  • Share your experience in one administrator Facebook group

  • Refer one colleague to a 15-minute strategy call with Denise

• Provide a written review or testimonial at the end

What happens after six weeks?

At the end of the lab:

• Completion is reviewed

• If criteria are met, your tuition is applied as credit

• Next steps are chosen based on what will support you best
